MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE

Our offices around the country are manages by a team of professionals, each individual with expertise in their own fields and areas of management, business and operations.  All our senior management personnel’s has had extensive experience in the market and the industry at large, which has in turn enabled them to develop strong business acumen and relationship with traditional clients.

The middle management of R.T. CARGO consists of personnel who understand the clients’ business requirements and commit themselves to exceeding the requirements.  Some of these people have been with the Company since its inception and some had even been in the industry since the arrival of the first container vessel at Malaysia’s port.

The lower management team of R.T. CARGO consists of people with dedication and loyalty in their work.  Their specialised working experience and acquired skills have enabled them to know the cargo handling and operational requirements to ensure their safe and speedy transit.

STRUCTURE OF COMPANY

All our top and middle management personnel in The Organisation have the experience, expertise and skills to manage project cargo.  In the event that we need to assemble a project team quickly, we always have the option of recalling experienced personnel from our other offices.  We have always ensured that our personnel have the ability to adopt alternative operational roles in an operation and hence ensured that a sudden departure will not interrupt the normal operation of the office or project.
